Mimi’s Plum Pudding Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 egg yolks well beaten
- ¼ cup melted butter
- 1 tablespoon brandy
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream beaten stiff
Instructions
- Stir sugar into beaten egg yolks.
- Beat in melted butter slowly.
- Add brandy.
- Fold the above mixture into whipped cream.
- Place HUGE dollop onto warm plum pudding!!!
