Lemon Cream Sauce For Chicken Fondue

INGREDIENTS

  • ¼ cup butter
  • ¼ cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon onion salt
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 chicken bouillon cubes
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon chopped parsley

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Melt butter in saucepan. Blend in flour and cook for a few minutes; then add onion salt and paprika.
  2. Gradually add water and bouillon cubes. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil.
  3. Remove from heat and add heavy cream. Heat to serving temperature.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice and parsley.
