Lemon Cream Sauce For Chicken Fondue
Ingredients
- ¼ cup butter
- ¼ cup flour
- 1 teaspoon onion salt
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- 1 cup water
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
Instructions
- Melt butter in saucepan. Blend in flour and cook for a few minutes; then add onion salt and paprika.
- Gradually add water and bouillon cubes. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil.
- Remove from heat and add heavy cream. Heat to serving temperature.
- Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice and parsley.
