Aldino’s Spaghetti Sauce
Ingredients
- 1⅗ ounce olive oil
- 1⅗ ounce butter
- 2⅖ ounce bacon
- 1 small onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 stalk celery
- ¼ cup parsley
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon sweet basil
- ½ teaspoon clove
- ½ teaspoon marjoram
- 5 ounces ground beef
- 5 ounces ground pork
- 6⅖ ounces beef stock
- 60 ounces tomatoes
- 10 ounces tomato paste
Instructions
- Saute garlic, onion, celery, and parsley in olive oil, butter, and bacon.
- Stir in beef and pork.
- Add beef stock, basil, cloves, and marjoram. Add remaining ingredients.
