Meyer lemons give this a subtle floral flavor. This is perfect on Lemon Cupcakes.
- 3 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1½-2 cups powdered sugar or as much as needed for desired thickness
- 2 teaspoons Meyer lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Meyer lemon zest
- Combine cream cheese and powdered sugar. Add juice and zest. Beat together until smooth.
