Greek Yogurt Cole Slaw
Ingredients
- 1 16 ounce bag coleslaw mix
- ⅔ cup plain Greek yogurt
- ⅔ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- ½ teaspoon celery seeds
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Stir yogurt, mayonnaise, vinegar, and honey together in a large bowl. Thin with a slight amount of milk if desired; season with salt and pepper and celery seeds. Add coleslaw mix and toss to coat.
- Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate until chilled, about 1 hour.
